ACCA Parent Teacher League

The ACCA Parent Teacher League (PTL) is a group of volunteer parents designed to support teachers, create fellowship among the school’s families, and enhance our children’s education with a touch of festivity and hospitality. 

 

The PTL organizes class parties and supports school events with supplies and volunteers. 

 

We will strive to keep this page updated with all upcoming events and sign-ups. We also encourage you to download the Signal app for more frequent updates. You can sign up for Signal groups in Veracross.

Classroom Readers

AND RECESS VOLUNTEERS

Please consider signing up to be a guest reader in your child’s classroom on fridays at 11:30am. Staying for recess supervision on the blacktop is additionally welcome. Please feel free to bring your own book(s) or select one from the library in each classroom. If you would like to read on a day other than a Friday, please contact the teacher directly to schedule the specific date. Don't forget to sign up for your child's birthday!

Chapel Speakers

WEDNESDAY MORNINGS

Moms and Dads, thank you for considering serving as a chapel speaker yourself or asking your pastor to speak. Chapel speakers should arrive on campus by 8:30 and will be escorted to the chapel and given a copy of the liturgy. Chapel speakers will deliver the message on the scriptural text provided ahead of time, and don't need to worry about leading the liturgy generally. Successful chapel messages are generally about 10-15 minutes in length. Students always appreciate interactive elements, and enjoy answering questions about the gospel readings as they are studying the same passages in their daily theology classes. Sign up now or share with your pastor!
