Alexandria Classical Christian Academy is a non profit 501C3 governed by its Board of Trustees. The Board provides strategic oversight and direction for the school and ensures that ACCA operates in accordance with its Core Commitments.

CHAIRMAN
John Hill
John is a Senior Counsel at Boeing and the General Counsel to Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary that produces unmanned aerial systems. Before working at Boeing, John served in various roles at the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office, including as Chief of the Superior Court Division, as well as serving as a Senior Counsel to the U.S. Deputy Attorney General.​​​

HEADMASTER
Katherine Kramer
Katherine is the Founder and Headmaster of ACCA. She has over 14 years of experience in classical Christian schools in consulting, advising, and training, both in teaching and administration positions. She has shaped and developed curriculums and policy alike, conducting personalized and group coaching.​​​​​

CHAIR OF ADMISSIONS & ADVANCEMENT
Kirsten Dougherty
Kirsten is founder and CEO of KB Strategic Group, a full-service fundraising and political consulting firm which specializes in federal campaigns, PAC fundraising, and strategic planning for federal clients. Kirsten and her husband Andrew are members of Calvary United Methodist Church in Arlington, Virginia.​​​​​

BOARD SECRETARY
Heidi Gesch
Heidi is a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Easter District of Virginia, specializing in fraud and public corruption. Prior to that, Heidi was a Trial Attorney, investigating and prosecuting public corruption cases around the country with the U.S. Department of Justice's Public Integrity Section.​

Brian Hensarling
Brian is an artificial intelligence product manager and supply chain risk management lead at the Department of Defense. He leads cross-functional teams including DoD military and civilians, Federally Funded Research Center personnel, and commercial partners to leverage artificial intelligence to overcome critical challenges.​​​

TREASURER & FINANCE COMMITTEE CHAIR
Max Meyers
Max is a senior manager specializing in strategy at Deloitte Consulting. He was an educator with Teach for America for 3 years before starting his consulting career at Deloitte.

TRUSTEE
Hampton Tignor
Hampton is an attorney at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, where he focuses on contracts, ethics, and emerging technologies. An Army Reservist, he previously served six years on active duty. Hampton lives in Alexandria with his wife, Megan, and their three young children, and they are active members of First Baptist Church.
