Building Lives of Purpose
At ACCA, we believe children are already building lives of purpose. Located in the heart of Alexandria, Virginia, our classical Christian school nurtures students as they grow in faith, wisdom, friendships, and skills that will carry them into the world. Our campus includes six acres of outdoor space — an extension of the classroom where students build forts, explore nature, and experience the joy of God’s creation.
Here, they are encouraged to keep building — to create boldly, do good, and live for God’s glory.
We Build
Community
A Place Where Families Flourish
At ACCA, education is a partnership. Parents, teachers, and students walk side by side, shaping an environment where every child is known and loved. Our small class sizes mean teachers know not just their students, but their families, too. Together, we build a community rooted in relationships and strengthened by faith — a place where children are celebrated for who God created them to be.

We Build
Scholars
Bright Minds, Noble Hearts
Our classrooms are alive with wonder and discovery. A classical education invites students to wrestle with truth, beauty, and goodness while building the habits of cheerful hard work. Here, learning is academically rich, joyful, and hands-on. Because the classical approach is naturally rich and substantive, strong academic outcomes and high test scores often follow as a natural result — even though they are not our primary focus. Students learn to think clearly, speak confidently, and write with excellence — not just for grades, but for life.
We Build
Lives that Serve God
Formed in Faith, Anchored in Truth
We see every student as uniquely created in the image of God, with a calling and purpose only they can fulfill. At ACCA, Christian faith isn’t simply taught — it is practiced daily in rhythms of love, forgiveness, and grace. Students experience what it means to live the good life: to be loved, to forgive and be forgiven, to serve with joy, and to boldly follow Christ in every sphere of life.

We Build
Craftsmen
Made to Create
We were made to build, to create, to bring beauty into the world. Whether through writing, music, art, or fort-building students learn the value of doing worthy things in a worthwhile way. At ACCA, craftsmanship is more than skill — it is a mindset: to work diligently, to create beautifully, and to pursue excellence for God’s purposes.
