Tuesday, February 17 - Literature Day
Dress: Students may dress up as their favorite literary character instead of wearing their normal uniform. Make sure to bring a copy of the book that inspired your costume for photography purposes. Please, no video game characters. It is acceptable to dress up as characters which were literary characters first and had movies or shows based on the books afterwards, but not movie characters that had books written after the film and tv shows were created. The goal is to celebrate the most excellent children’s literature we can.
Activity (Drop Everything and Read Day): Bring your favorite book so that when the whistle blows, you can drop everything and read throughout the day.
Wednesday, February 18 - Bible Day
